Concerns For The New President

This presidential campain is one for the history books. Obama and Clinton the two most likily to win are two people we’ve never had as a president. I have a big concern if Obama wins this election, eventhough i think he’s a great guy and he has some good ideas for this country, I dont think it would be best for the United States to have an African decent run the country. There are some crazy and extremely prejeduce people out there that would not take too kindly to this if it happend. My concern is that if Obama becomes president I belive he will be assasinated shortly after. Just think about it, allthough times have changed there are still the same racist bastards out there who would stop at nothing to let this happen. One thing about Clinton is that she is obviously a woman and not a whole lot of people think being president is a job for a woman. I seriously disagree with this because, Hillary did more for this country than Bill did when he was in office. I think she has what it takes, but im no too sure if she knows what is best for the people and this country. At this point I’m starting to care less and less because anyone, whether its an african or a woman, is better than George Bush and thats the bottom line and im sure many people agree with that.

Lack of Motivation

lately things have been going very slow for me, or so it seems. It’s mainly because of my lack of motivation. For some reason I just cant pick up speed and take care of my responsibilities on time. Once all my problems start piling up it just makes matters worse and I stress out to the point where I have to drop everything and run to my hiding place. I know this isn’t the right decision, but I can’t stop for some stupid reason. This has to stop if I’m going to get anywhere in life. so I’m pretty much left with no choice, but to suck it up and get it done. Its going to take some time and thats what I have to realize. No matter how bad I wish everything could be done overnight. So maybe I should just take a step back to get a good look at it all and then take each problem one by one whithout losing my grip.

Reality shows equal unreality

I cannot stand tv these days. Every time you change the channel its another lame ass reality show. I mean are we really getting that bored with our own lives that we have to step down and watch other peoples lives and then try and relate to all that bullshit. Do any of you think that its “real life”. I really hope not. If I really wanted to hear a bunch of immature sluts argue about who they’re gonna sleep with next, I’ll just go back to highschool. I dont want to see that crap on my tv. I’d rather watch bob the builder you actually have a better chance of learning something from that show than any reality show out there. TV is just getting more and more stupid by the day. I cant belive how anyone could be slightly interested in a reality show with a script….hmmmm doesnt sound like real life to me.

The Marijuana Issue

I’ve noticed that over the years more and more people are smoking, growing and selling pot. This just goes to show that people are still able to do their jobs and take care of their responsibilities and still smoke weed, but then again a lot of these people could be selling pot as their job. If marijuana becomes legal all of these dealers would end up selling out and may give them a chance to get up off their asses and do somthing with their life. I really nothing wrong with smoking pot as long as you dont get caught up in it. Since this state’s headed in an economic downfall ; legalizing marijuana and taxing it would be a good idea, because you know damn well that it would sell. The government could then use all the tax money and pay off or pay for some of all the debts california has to offer. So thats just something to think about, but honestly I don’t think thats going to happen.

No Regrets

In life people make mistakes everyday and we will keep making them until the day we’re six feet under. No matter how terrible the out come may be when you make a mistake you must never regret the choice you made. I know this can’t always be easy to do, but its the best thing that you can do for yourself. When someone lives a life full of regret they’re in a world full of depression, sorrow and anger and you start to feel insecure about yourself. This is not the way to live you must stay strong and rise above your mistakes. Learn from them instead of running from them. Don’t put yourself down for any reason because once all is said and done. There is no turning back to fix anything. The past cannot be changed, but you can change for the future. Look at it this way; you cant really regret something in your past because at that one time that choice you made was what you wanted.
